What's Required From You For PCG's Help Service

In order to provide the most efficient support, PCG will need access to your system through a modem and telephone line connection or a VPN or RAS connection.  Ideally, if the connection method is by telephone line, it will not use the same modem and telephone line that Cerner uses with Intellinet in order to avoid conflicts in its use.

In addition, you will need to create "login" ID for PCG.  For VMS systems, that's a record in your User Authorization File (UAF).  You will also need to set PCG up as a CCL database administrator (DBA).

If you need assistance with any of these matters, PCG can direct you through each of the necessary activities.
