Project Consulting
1. Client does not guarantee a minimum number of hours of work.
2. Client agrees to pay $150.00 per hour to PCG for work assigned to PCG.
3. Client agrees to reimburse PCG for out-of-pocket expenses at a rate equal to 10%of the total amount billed.
4. There is no"Help"service offered to client.
5. PCG agrees to provide CCL, VMS/System, DCL, LAN, and PC consulting and/or programming services,as well as any other needs client has that are consistent with PCG's knowledge and skills.
6. PCG will bill client for all time expended on client's behalf at the $150.00 per hour rateand will provide client with a time-expenditure accounting.
