1. Client guarantees PCG a minimum of 10 hours per month of work.
2. PCG agrees to provide its consulting services at a special hourly fee of $125.00 perhour.
3. Client and PCG agree to a 90-day termination clause except when a shorter period ofnotice for termination is mutually agreed upon.
4. PCG agrees to provide CCL, VMS/System, DCL, LAN, and PC consultingand/or programming services, as well as any other needs client has that areconsistent with PCG's knowledge and skills.
5. PCG agrees to provide a"Help"service for client questions.This service should inno way be construed as competitive with the service provided by CernerCorporation; rather, it is auxiliary.
6. Client agrees to reimburse PCG for out-of-pocket expenses at a rate equalto 10% of the total amount billed.
7. PCG agrees to provide any hours of service above the10-hours-per-week minimum at the same rate of $125.00 per hour.
8. PCG agrees to be available for meetings and work on-site as clientand PCG deem necessary.(Rates for on-site work and travel will benegotiated separately.)
