Consulting Services
Paladin Consulting Group offers three types of
consulting services:
Contract Consulting is an on-going commitment between theclient and Paladin for
PCG to perform as needed up to a pre-determined number ofhours per month.
Project Consulting is a one-time agreement for PCG to undertake and complete a
specific project assigned by the client.The scope of the project determines the
duration of the agreement andtime is billed as incurred by PCG.
Contract Projects are similar to Project Consulting, butPCG commits to a
contract price for the completion of the project.
